Can I go to jail for not paying on a rent to own or returning the stuff?

If you move and take it with you, that's theft and you could face criminal liability. Jail is possible. But not for not paying rent. They can repossess the property, and if they do, do not resist them, but as long as you don't take their stuff and otherwise keep to the agreement (except fo not paying rent) it's a civil case, not criminal.
