Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

If a man and woman are not married but have children together and have a fight and the mother gets an order of protection for her children against the father, is the father allowed to move back into the house if the order of protection is still in effect? I know social services is also involved.

No, he cannot move back into the house. He has to get the order lifted. Otherwise, if he moves back in he will be subject to arrest.
