Legal Question in Disability Law in New York
Neighbor has 15 plus inoperable vehicles, has changed the flow of adjoining stream to flood my property, built several buildings without permits, operates business on fringe of tax laws and other various nuisances. I am attempting to sell adjoining property but no one wants to live next to this individual. Neighbor wants to purchase my property a greatly reduced rate due to this fact, is there any way to abate this and mitigate my losses ? Thank You.
