Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

I had a personal relationship with a co-worker via text and phone. We are both married and when his wife found out she began a campaign to get any and all information regarding our "affair". Foolishly I attempted to pacify her, mostly to protect my husband from finding out. However I soon realized that she was never going to stop and would eventually expose the relationship. I admitted the relationship to my husband and family. I texted her that I had told them and that I would no longer respond to her and to stop the communication. She continued to text and call me.I finally set up a block of her cell and home phones through my cellular service. This blocks both incoming and outgoing communications. All was fine for 2 months, now she seems to have attained several cell phones and has begun using them to contact me. What are my legal options?

She is committing the crime of Aggravated Harassment, a class "A" misdemeanor. If the calls continue, keep records of every call and notify the police and press charges.
