terminated w/out notice while on SSDI and LTD
Hello,
I was terminated while on SSDI and LTD.
No review was conducted with me of my termination, it occurred without engaging me in any way or notifying me it was going to take place.
Because I was terminated without notice I was ineligible for the ''Return To Work Program''. To be eligible for the return to work I would have had to know I was being terminated and then get in the return to work program prior to being fired.
What type of recourse there is, who knows.
That's why I'm asking this question.

It is the correct area. Did you use up all your FLSA time? You should consult an attorney in person to review everything.

I apologize, I meant FMLA, not FLSA.
