Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York

sueing social services. can it be done?

can we sue social services, for denying us access to our grandchildren? We saw them only two hours in last two months, because a social services person told us we tried to influence the testomony of our 3 year old grandson, very untrue!! We sent a letter to social service that weintend to sue, next week we are able to see them 3 hour, on Wednesdays

and still only under supervision of their no good father. We are tired of being treated this way, for something we didn't do !!!!
