must all wills be probated? if so how much does it cost and how long does it take?

If there is property in the name of the decedend you will need a certificate issued by the Surrogate's Court to transfer the assets. Feel free to e-mail with further details at no obligation.

Normally an attorney charges 3% of the assets to be transferred, with a minimum of $1000-$15000.
