Legal Question in Banking Law in New York

hi i have question

hi somehow my online payment system calls ''paypal'' has been hijacked. hijacker tried to take out money out of my banking account. since there were not enough balance which hijacker wanted it was been denied, but the bank charged me unsufficient charge for those unathorized transaction. so i called the bank and what they were saying is it's the payment company's fault so they should pay for the unsufficient charges. so i called the payment company. what they were saying was it was my fault because ive been hijacked.

what should i do?

Hi:

First you should file a report with your local police department.

Then I would cancel all of your accounts and reestablish new ones.

As to the pay pal, I would lodge a complaint which they have procedures for, and hopefully you will recoup any lost funds. I would also switch banks, especially, if you have legitimate proof of internet fraud and they will not waive the overdraft charge.
