Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

I cosigned for my nephew two business loans the store close due to the economy. The loans are not on my credit report, I don't have the money to paid the banks. If i file bankruptcy can they be included or can i file bankruptcy just the business loans and continue to pay my credit card bills. Both banks file summoned against me what can i do please help. Thanks

A debtor filing for bankruptcy can include debts that are not listed on his or her credit report. However, he or she can't pick and choose which creditors to include in the bankruptcy. A debtor is required by law to schedule all of his or creditors.
