Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

My rights, as a consumer, when a company files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

CyberRebate.com was a company which allowed you to purchase items on-line for ten times the amount a regular store would charge; however, they guaranteed a 100% rebate once the proper paperwork was sent in. It normally took three to four months to receive the checks. I have over $21,000 in orders which have already been charged to my credit cards and paid for, with the proper paperwork having been sent in, which I am still awaiting rebates checks for. My problem, as you may be hearing from quite a few people, is that the company filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy on May 16, 2001. I am curious as to what this means and whether or not there is a chance I will get my money. Please let me know. Thank you.
