Legal Question in Business Law in New York

If you are 1/4 in LLC of camp sit and do not own land under camp sit, can you come and go on property when closed for season or anytime you please.

The answer depends on the lease your LLC has with the property owner and perhaps the agreement you have with the other members of your LLC.
