i am creating products that might have--name removed--chance to burn or cause an allergic reaction but I want to be sure that i am covered what is the documents and wording i should use?

You should consult with an attorney concerning your product. Depending on the nature of your product you may have to comply with and/or obtain approval from federal and state agencies prior to offering the product for sale. An attorney would need to know what the product is and what it does before beginning to advise you on how best to protect yourself and how to comply with applicable law.
