Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Limited Liability Companies Operating Agreement

My husband and I are forming an LLC to continue doing service as a sewer and drain plumbing contractor. What information should I include in the Operating Agreement in order to protect us from any liability which may arise from personally doing business with the public. We are the owners and will be performing the majority of the work ourselves along with one or two employees. We own two trucks at present, which were personally purchased since we have been subcontracting for other sewer, drain, and plumbing companies. We are now ready to have our own company, although we will probably still be working with other companies as well as doing business under our own business entity. I am in the process of writing the Operating Agreement pursuant to and in compliance with section 417 of the New York Limited Liability Company Law Chapter, and would like to cover all my bases. Therefore, I need to know what itmes should be covered in the Operating Agreement. Thank you.
