Mottion to dismiss under CPLR 3211
I am acting in person,in a new york action against 1 of the top 10 law firms, I can get dismiss on grounds of Jurisdiction as I am in UK but also want to try under the above for the following so can I dismiss on:(1)Agreement which plaintiffs rely was with'unclean hands' (2)Unconsientiously dealing (3) agreement unenforceable in that it is to broad and unreasonable. The purpose of this to try and deter them from starting frivulous action again in the UK

Be aware you are playing with fire.
If you respond improperly you may find yourself facing a larger and more demanding situation against an adversary that is better prepared and situated to counter your arguments.
