Legal Question in Business Law in New York

i want out of my partnership

i recently had a baby and i want to have more children i dont want to be a partner in the salon any more i have tried to come up with a resonable solution but my partner refuses any idea that i throw at her she wont buy me out and she wont take a new partner.i feel like a hostage and i know this is going to get ugly.what can i do to resolve this? can i sell my shares to someone else even if she doesnt agree or do we have to go to court.

You need a lawyer. You need to provide him or her with many more facts than are contained in your request. Only with more facts can anyone give you clear advice as to what you can or ought to do and how much it will cost you.
