A company awarded a grand prize worth

18,000 in seminars and services, and

has removed all winnings except for the

seminar valued at 3,000. Is there any

legal recourse for the prize winner?

Depends on a lot of factors, most importantly are the terms and conditions of the contest and the laws of the states where the contest were held and where the winner lived. You should review all very carefully.

it may be possible, depending on the terms of the contest as well as whether the person paid any money to enter or gave any consideration... generally, it may be possible to file suit for damages where something was given up by the contestant in exchange for joinging hte game, and where the terms dont specifically say such changes may occur...
