Legal Question in Business Law in New York

I run a business that shares a loading dock with another company. We have different company names but our address is the same. Sometimes, our packages that have our company name on the label are wrongly delivered by UPS to the other company. Can UPS and the other company be legally liable for any losses if I put up a sign in the loading dock area that holds the delivering and receiving parties responsible if a package is wrongly delivered. Thank you.

No, you cannot make your own laws by writing up a sign.

Good luck.
