I was threatened to pay $2,200 for nothing and I said I agree under the fear. Is this agreement considered valid?

It all depends on the consideration furnished to pay the amount and whether the agreement was oral or in writing and the existence of eye witnesses.

If you received nothing of value, and nothing was promised to you then the agreement would probably fail for lack of "consideration."
