Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

i am on parole and had a verbal confrentation with my girlfriend and she was the only one yelling and that was stated on the police report but yet i can not talk to or live with or see her now. is parole allowed to make me go to a program if i did nothing wrong and can they keep her from me?

The short and simple answer is to say away from your girlfriend and obey all directions from your probation officer otherwise you can be returned to prison to finish your sentence plus a possibility of a new conviction for domestic violence.
