can i sue my friend's car insurance while i was driving his car?

i was driving my friend's car and had a bad car accident. he was sitting next to me. i lost control and hit two cars that parked on the street. that accident resulted my neck and back hurt alot. i've seen a doctor for that. my question is: can i sue him for my medical expenses? he has 25/50k liability. also, if my medical and suffer cost 200k can i sue him personally? he has two houses and make 60k a year. that accident was due to my fault.

You are eligible for NO FAULT benefits.

Any law suit based on a theory of fault would fail, since you were completely at fault. One piece of good news. Even if you sue your friend personally, you do not have to worry about bankrupting him. His insurance company would defend him and defeat your case.
