Survelence cameras in Private house

Dear Sir/Mam,

Our neighbour recently installed video camera, it is forcusing our driveway, so that he can see who is passing our driveway.this is bother to us, because every time we go out we are on his video camera.This is like he invade our privacy. is this survelence legal or not?Please explain and what are the step we can take to stop this survelence?

If the camera is photographing a public area (outside the house) it is legal, if it is focusing inside your house, it is illegal.
