If an attorney gets disbared can/does he/she take the Bar Exam over again?

Re: licensing

It would do no good. The disbarment must expire or be lifted before s/he could again be licensed as an attorney. Taking the bar exam again would not change the disbarred attorney's status, whether or not s/he passed.
