event planning and catering nyc
Will I need a license to host a
party of approx 100 real estate
brokers where a caterer will
bring in food and where beer
and wine will be served at an
invitation only open house
party of a new building ?

Unless you are charging the brokers for the beer (which I believe you are not), then you would not need a license.
