Attorney.

hello, I have a judgement aganest me for two years now i'm a widow with polio in both legs so i can't aford to pay this judgement.I am tring to get my credit back,so that i can maybe take a loan and pay the judgement.This Attorney keeps checking my credit report every month.I got credit from citibank and he sent them a letter asking them for my information.I don't have a bank account.I put cash in my daughters account.My question.Can this Attorney put a lein on my daughters account?

Please help!thank you.

Re: Attorney.

No. He would only be able to place a lien against your daughter's bank account if he had a judgment against your daughter.

As an aside, you cannot restrain a bank account for money received from disability or social security benefits.
