Re: old bill

If you never owed the underlying claim to the bank that you have now been sued for you, may have claims against the bank that sued you and the attorneys that brought suit for them.

You should consult with an attorney specializing in consumer protection matters, particularly Fair Debt Collection Practice (FDCPA) and related state law claims. The attorney should be able to address issues both with the pending lawsuit against you and whether you have claims against the bank and its attorneys.

If there is not an attorney in your area specializing in such matters please feel free to contact us for a free initial consultation at 8888678165.
