What is a judgment on a debt, and what does it mean to docket judgment on a debt? Also, what court action must be taken to docket judgment?

A judgment is when a Court makes a determination that one individual owes money to another. To docket the judgment means, essentially, to write down the judgment. No court action needs to be taken to docket the judgment.
