if i have a lien on someones property from a small claims case and they die do i get my judgement

You should immediately notify the personal representative of the estate and notify them of your claim, if you have not already done so. Before the property can be sold, they will need to satify your lien. But nothing happens automatically upon death and be sure that you understand the difference between a lien and a judgement.
