Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

I pay monthly on a judgement and have done so for years. I have recently asked for a status of balance due on the account with no reply. The payments are sent to an attorney. Shouldn't they send me a status of where we are in this?

They should. However, you should have a record. Don't you have cancelled checks or money orders? Figure out how much you paid and tell the attorney this is your balance. If he disagrees, he will voice his objections at that point.
