Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Recently, my mother was awarded a judgment against my father for unpaid child support and alimony . He had never paid going back 15 years. The judgment was awarded in NY and we had it filed in SC where he lives and operates a business. Years ago he put that business in a relatives name along with his home, several vehicles and a 65 ft boat. To this point we have had no luck using a recovery service. The recovery service can't find even a single bank account or anything that is in his name. Is there anything you can recommend so we may collect the judgment ?

You would have to retain a collection attorney in SC. If he transferred all his assets in contemplation of avoiding the judgment for no consideration, it may be set aside as a fraudulent conveyance.
