Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Hi, I recently won a civil case against my brother in law and his wife who owed me money, turns out when I tried doing a bank levy on their bank account, they had closed it and took out all the money. I feel like I'm at a standstill and was wondering what other methods I have for collecting my money judgment for over 10,000 dollars. Neither of them are currently working so I can't have their wages garnished, is there anyone I can pay (for example a lawyer),,,that can advise me if they open any new bank accounts, I know they have the money they took out the bank in their home, can I legally go and look for it...PLEASE HELP!, and thank you in advance. I just want to know how to keep a tap on them, I have their social security numbers and information that can easily help me access this information along with the civil judgment I just don't know that I could do it myself.

Collecting from a judgment debtor can be a challenge. There are some techniques that attorneys use but would probably not be practical for someone wishing to pursue this without representation.

Good luck!
