Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

repossession

My brother agreed to complete work on my mothers house in exchange for camper and failed to complete within a year then threatened to forge paper work. I reregistered the camper in my name to prevent forgery , he still has my untransfered title,can I repossess the camper?

The last registration is contolling. That means you can repossess at any time.

I would like to know what this 'untransferred title' refers to.
