statute of limitations on hospital bill judgement
My father has a judgement against him for a hospital bill of mine from 1997. He wants to transfer some land into my name but we cannot do this without first taking care of this judgement. Is there any statute of limitations on such bills?

judgments remain liens on real property for 10 years but are enforceable for 20 years.
Since more than 10 years have elapsed, there is no lien on the property and he is free to transfer it
