Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

need help
i was arrested in 1981, in 163rd st in ny,ny, the police have broken into a drug apt.at this time i was home,then i want out ,when cross 163rd st i saw police in the block,i walked to see what was going on. at this point a dectitive ask me to stand in the middle of the street it was dark,he flash to see me better and asked on the police radio is this the arther person and i hard from the radio that he wasnt shower so he flash my shoes and the voice on the radio said yes he had those shoes on.so i got arrested,no drugs on me,about 2 hours afther they arrested some pople in the apt,a legal aide told me just say yes that you sold drugs
and the case is close.now how can i have this thown out,i dont have money, who can i talk to AND WARE before 3-2009. please help me can i go to the nyc d.a.? thank you for your answer,this is stoping me for a lot of things even immigration whats to use it against me.
