Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My boyfriend was locked up for a sealed indictment and a poesseion charge. he was supose to work with someone and they screwed him over. they want him to cop out to 3 years immediatly and wont show him the edvidence or there adding more time. should he just take it?
