Re: community service

Community service is a major component of your sentence and it should not be disregarded. Depending on where you are in the State and the excuse you provide to the court, the court can give you additional time to complete the service, the ADA can request that you be re-sentenced as per the original charges or anything else in between.

Consider having an attorney represent you.

Re: community service

The penalty really depends on what you plead guilty to. It will also greatly depend on the judge you are in front of as the penalty is entirely within his discretion. Please feel free to email me more details: [email protected].

Re: community service

You can be resentenced to whatever you faced when you were found guilty or pled guilty. You can request extra time to complete your service and the court may be able to accomadate you.

Good Luck.
