Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
A cop pulls me over i have a suspended license the car smells like weed u get locked up they serch the car on the spot and find 8 oz in the trunk. They took the car to the percent searched the car again and found 1oz stashed in the side door panel. Question, was that serch legal??
