Re: criminal possesion of marijuana

As this is a first offense, it is vital that you have an attorney representing you and defending your rights when you appear in court. Having one will give you the greatest chance in the reduction or dismissal of the charges filed against you. This area of law is our specialty, and our fees are very reasonable, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
