Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Definition of nyccpl 155.35 & 155.30

I request the definitions of 2 criminal procedure laws (155.35) & (155.30) of the nyccpl as I am not a lawyer and need this information to represent myself in court. Are they both felonies or is one a misdemeanor?
