What is the punishment for being found guilty?

Maximum sentence for Reckless End 2nd (a class A misd.) is 1 year jail and $1,000. fine, however the sentence depends on various factors, i.e. whether it is a 1st offense, if the subject is eligible for Y.O., any mitigating factors, etc.
