relief of diabilites

I have summited the form for relief of disabilities. the told me before that it does virtually nothing to my criminal history. it just lets employer that ive been rehabilitated by the courts eyes. is that true or does it come off my record all togther?

Neither. There are different types of forms that do different types of things. None however expunge the record (clean the record or take off convictions) of someone who has a NY conviction. For that you will need a pardon from the govenor OR you need to contact your state assemblyman and Senator and ask them to support a second chance act that allows for expungement of prior records.
