statutory rape?
Can a 17 year old male legally have sex with a 14 year old female in the state of New York? And what about a 15 year old female with an 18 year old male (is there a 4 year rule)? Please answer back asap!

No, in either case. In what you described both have a participant that is not legal able to provide consent.
