Staying at the park after dark
What are the susal penalties for staying at the park after dark? Can somepne be charged for a felony/misdemeanor for that if he/she is only identified by firts and lastname abd date of birth?

Generally, you will not be charged with a felony for such a thing. Usually only a violation, or perhaps a misdemeanor... depending on what it is alleged you were doing on park grounds other charges may also apply and the factthat you were on park grounds after closing may be sufficient to warrant a search of your person...
