Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
if you get a suspended drivers license for Reckless Driving ( smoking pot in the car) in New Jersey is it also suspended automatically in New York

Well, you license is suspended wherever you drive. If you get caught driving with a suspended license then you might lose your license altogether. The police in any state can run a check on your license and the suspension will appear on their computer. Don't drive during the suspension.
