will i go to jail for a disorderly conduct charge that wasnt serious

It's unlikely. Disorderly conduct is a violation, which is not even considered a criminal offense. It's technically possible for some jail time to be imposed upon a conviction, but very rare.

The maximum penalty is 15 days in jail, but if you are a first offender probably no jail.
