Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

I am a 19 year old college student being charged unlawful possession of marijuana and a 1192.3 DWI. I am a first time offender and I blew a 0.00 on my Breathalyzer test, however I failed several field sobriety tests. I think I may have a claim that the tests were given in an inaccurate manner that affected my ability. I am just curious of what I am looking at in terms of penalty and if I could possibly fight to lower the charge?

Any information will help.

Thank You

Are you sure you were charged with 1192.3 and not 1192.4. If it is charged as you say, you have an excellent case and should retain a qualified attorney to handle this case. If it is an 1192.4, there is no plea bargain since that can not be reduced to an impaired.
