Re: dui

You can not do so on your own period. The only and best way is to retain a competent DWI/DUI defense attorney. Please visit my web site at nydrunkdrivingdefense.com

Re: dui

We win most of the DWI cases that we fight (prior results do not guarantee future results, of course). Sometimes we win because we do a great job of showing that the police made mistakes. Sometimes the police make huge mistakes. Sometimes the prosecutors make mistakes. Sometimes the cop retires, resigns or gets fired before the case is over, or just doesn't show up to a hearing. Sometimes our client has witnesses who testify that he/she was not intoxicated or impaired and that creates reasonable doubt.

In short, there are many ways to win a DWI case. They all come down to one thing. Someone hired a lawyer to fight their DWI case for them, and stuck with the fight.

We charge $5K up front to fight a first-time DWI case in the greater Albany area; more for distant cases or if there are complications. The fee covers everything up to trial, but does not include trial.

Re: dui

This depends on a lot of things. How were you stopped? did you take a breathalyzer test? many, many factors.. however, it is possible to defend well against such cases...
