Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

second dwi

I just got charged with my second dwi in 5 years, I have not gone to court yet or have attained an attorney.

what should I do? what are my chances of not losing my license, I need it for work. can my second one be reduced to a dwai? I think that is what my first one was reduced to. any info you can give me would be great.
