I have a green card and have been convicted with a second dwi - I have 2 children born in the United States one is 16 1/2 the other is 12 years old. I have a house with a mortgage. Can I be deported?

This is a very serious matter and I would advise that you consult with an immigration attorney. You can most definitely be placed into removal proceedings. An attorney can help you fight deportation given that you have 2 minor U.S. citizen children (unfortunately the house with the mortgage doesn't really matter) and have most likely been here for over 10 years.
