I was recently arrested for a DUI in the state of NY. I believe I blew a .08. When I went to court, I was assigned 70 hrs of community service and was told that as long as I complete the hours by my next court date (4-14-10) there would be no criminal charges, it would be soley a DMV case.
I am trying to re-register my Nursing license in NY. On the registration form they ask.."are there currently any criminal charges pending against you in any court?"
Should I check yes or no?
