My mother ownes her own home, she has now reached the point in life where she is very ill and relys on me to do everything for her. She is in the first stage of alzimhers. Is it to late to have her sign the home over to me? What should I do, she has a WILL,

If your mother is competent, then she may gift her home to you (you must execute and record a gift deed with the local county clerk). However, depending on the size of your mother's estate, there may be estate and gift tax implications.
